The company’s new super modern plant on the 2nd industrial area of Volos, extending in facilities of 62.100 m2, has a total surface 24.300 m2 of covered area, which includes two halls of dimensions 25 m width X 250 m length and one hall of dimensions 12m width X 145 m length. These halls are equipped with 35 cranes of various lifting capacities.         

In the uncovered area or our facilities, there is a designated area for raw materials and preassembly of ready made products with dimensions dimensions 30 m wide X 300 m length, equipped with six gantry cranes (two pieces of 25tons, two pieces of 20tons and two pieces of 10 tons).

The company also possesses modern premises in the ́1st Industrial Area of Volos, extending in facilities of 8,000 m2, has a total surface of 5000 m2 of covered area, which includes halls of width 24 m, 20 m and 17 m, respectively. These halls are equipped with 12 cranes with maximum lifting capacity of 10tons.

The mechanical equipment of our factories consists of the most modern automatic machines for steel processing with total installed power of 1,400 HP.

Recently, our company has expanded our premises our premises on the 2nd Industrial Area of Volos by constructing a new mechanical workshop hall of width 25 m, with a total covered surface of 6,500 m2 with two indoor cranes of 25tons each lifting capacity and one outdoor crane with lifting capacity 40tons+6.3tons.

Meanwhile, our company is also equipped with a new, modern manual sand blasting and painting unit, capable serving pieces of large sizes. These facilities have been equipped with external semi portal of lifting capacity (40tons + 6.3 tons) x 2pcs. The above mentioned machinery is able to serve fully assembled pieces (if required) of maximum total weight of 80tons. (e.g. dimensions 35 m (length) x 7m (width). 

Overall, our factories are equipped with 57 bridge cranes with lifting capacity from 3.2tons up to 40tons. Our facilities, having the necessary covered areas and dimensions of halls, combined with the suitable mechanical equipment and highly trained personnel, are able to serve your own project requirements promptly, efficiently and successfully and the minim time and highest quality.
